The generator in my '67 MGB can't charge a cell phone and I occasionally drive that car cross-country and sleep in the car.So a day into my trip, I can no longer call the worriers I know to let them know I'm okay.With this sitting on the dash, my cell phone stays charged.
I recently took a digital camera on a kayaking trip and didn't want to run out of battery.While lazily floating down the river, with this strapped to the top of the kayak, I was able to take pictures for the entire trip.
